Phlebology Training

Thank you for an excellent full-day demonstration of the endogenous laser obliteration procedure at your clinic. The clinic is spacious, pleasant and well organized for patient flow. Your staff are open, friendly, informative, and ready to help and advise, both in supply and in billing information. All the procedures went smoothly, with demonstrated expertise and experience. Instructions were given in minute details, with plenty of time for questions and explanations.

Every aspect of the procedure, from supplies, setup, patient evaluation, patient positioning, instrument placement, post op care etc, was gone over in depth and in a logical fashion. I find the experience most valuable and helpful in planning for a new clinic.

I was able to observe the newest advances in chemotherapy and its application to a wide spectrum of venous disease-including foam chemotherapy as well as endogenous laser ablation of the Greater Saphenous Vein. Importantly, Dr. Fattahi uses duplex ultrasonography in the evaluation and during treatment of his patients. This seems to be an invaluable technique which undoubtably contributes to his excellent results. I am very excited to bring these techniques to our community.
